What you will be working on
• To work with TPB’s Registry Officer to retrieve hardcopy documents from and return them to off-site storage
• To check specific document details as required and key in the required information in the electronic File Tracking System
• To work with the team on preparing databases for data migration, and administrative processing tasks, as required
• To process and transfer data files to ensure proper information storage and accessibility.
What we are looking for
Able to manage and handle mulitple cartons of old hardcopy documents. The task involves lifting, packing and unpacking physical files into / from cartons.
MS Excel skills.
