What the role is

Support on the roll out of various projects and assist with operational processes such as collections, GIRO applications, interfaces and other ad-hoc projects or assignments.

What you will be working on

1) Monitor the PUBBS interface and follow up on any interface failure 2) Monitor incoming collections and update customer payments in Workday and payment tracking file. 3) Record bank related transactions or liaise with Vital to ensure all bank related transactions or bank details are recorded. 4) Updating customer records in Workday or liaise with Vital to ensure proper updates. 5) Monitor GIRO deductions, review aging and liaise with customer for deduction failure or outstanding payment 6) Create invoice and billing adjustment 7) Review collection for GST absorption 8) Review entertainment claim limit 9) Assist to review claims 10) Assist with adhoc assignments due to cut-over to Vital 11) Assist in customer master review 12) Prepare financial statistics for management reporting 13) Other ad-hoc projects / assignments

What we are looking for

-Candidates with no prior work experience are welcomed to apply -Qualification in Accountancy, related professional accounting qualifications, with accounting or related work experience will have an added advantage. -Proficient in Microsoft Word and EXCEL. -Strong analytical, writing and communication skills. -Able to work independently and effectively as a team.
