You will be reporting to Team Lead, Coaching Industry Development. In this role, you will be part of the team to manage the social media, publicity, branding and website of CoachSG. You will also be required to assume duties in any other CoachSG activities and programmes. Social Media • Collaborate with external agencies to enhance our social media reach, strategy, and operational needs. • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive engagement. • Curate compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms on a daily basis. • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner. • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and information for social media posts. • Assist in the planning and execution of publicity campaigns and events, including designing artwork for social media posts. • Provide fresh ideas and stay updated on trends to ensure our social media content remains relevant and engaging. • Maintain and monitor the calendar of events for strategic social media blasts. Website • Support the enhancement of our website to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date with the latest information. • Collaborate with external vendors or agencies for website maintenance and improvements. • Maintain and update the organization's website with relevant content, news, and announcements. • Ensure alignment of information within internal teams for seamless website updates. Newsletter • Curate captivating content for the monthly newsletter and collaborate with internal teams on content to be pushed out. • Design the newsletter’s banner to align with the month’s campaign and engage our audience effectively. Others • Work closely with the Brand and Marketing team to align efforts with overall branding strategies. • Generate ideas for publicity materials and design simple infographics and posters to promote CoachSG related programmes using tools like Canva. • Support CoachSG events and assist in all administrative matters, including organizing meetings and events.

• Background in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field. • Prior relevant experience is an advantage. • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools. • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and professional content. • Knowledge of website management and content management systems. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices. • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to stakeholders of all levels. • Interest in sports would be an advantage
