With an ageing population, we need to relook our aged care landscape to support seniors to age in the community by addressing social isolation, reducing frailty and delaying institutionalisation. The ageing strategy team at the MOH Ageing Planning Office drives efforts to define, plan and execute strategies to address these challenges. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

You will work on: • Developing and refining the long-term vision for Singapore’s ageing strategy • Formulating and driving action plans to enhance the care for and well-being of seniors in Singapore • Working collaboratively within MOH, across government agencies and with external stakeholders for an effective Whole-of-Ministry and Whole-Of-Government approach • Ensuring alignment with national healthcare goals and Whole-of-Government Policy Priorities.
