• You will be part of our team that leads the formulation, evaluation of policy frameworks for centre-based care services. • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, WOG agencies and other key stakeholders such as private service providers to develop integrated solutions • Monitor and assess the impact of implemented policies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and adaptation to the evolving needs of Singapore’s ageing population You will be working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

As part of this team, your specific roles would involve: • Developing, reviewing and implementing caregiver support strategies, as part of MOH’s overall strategy to support ageing-in-place. • Working closely with other agencies and key stakeholders to oversee ground implementation of caregiver support initiatives, such as respite care services and the Caregivers Training Grant, and review their effectiveness. • Monitoring and analysing population trends and citizen feedback, and conceptualising, developing and evaluating pilots on new caregiver support initiatives, to ensure that appropriate support is rendered to families caring for seniors with care needs.
