Information Systems & Geospatial Group (ISGG) is one of the key groups in URA that drives ICT transformation initiatives to support our URA mission. Be part of the URA Information Systems, Application Department, where we partner closely with our Groups to plan, design, develop and deploy enterprise IT systems, e-Services, mobile apps and web portals to support work process transformation and improve service delivery for our external customers. In addition to providing IT advisory and support to continually improve our IT systems to ensure its relevance and capability to meet changing business needs, we also constantly explore new digital technologies and possibilities via collaboration with key industry players to advance strategic deployment of ICT in URA.

Robotic Process Automation Intern

What the role is
What you will be working on
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a technology platform used in URA to transform and automate work processes which include business process re-engineering (BPR).
The intern will undertake the following tasks:
- Develop and enhance RPA scripts of various use cases (via co-development)
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the RPA scripts
- Facilitate basic hands-on training / knowledge transfer to users
The intern is expected to reap the following learning outcomes:
- Build communication skills and team work experience with users
- Build analytical thinking, coding and documentation experience during RPA development
