What the role is
What you will be working on
Plan, coordinate, and conduct aquatic fauna survey.
Perform data analysis, preparation of project deliverables to seek approvals for key project milestones.
Work closely with other agencies to manage the project, ensure timely submission and monitoring of project milestones, and present updates on the progress of the project at meetings.
Assist the team with other terrestrial biodiversity and conservation planning projects.
What we are looking for
Degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Ecology, Environmental Science or a related discipline
Experience in conducting biodiversity survey, environmental management, data analysis
Able to undertake fieldwork frequently and independently under varied conditions
A meticulous, resourceful, and self-driven team player who can work independently and multi-task to meet deadlines
Possess good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in research publications and EIAs, particularly in freshwater ecosystems, will be an advantage
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. The successful candidate will be offered a 11-month employment contract.
