As a Senior Executive/ Manager in the Corporate Development Branch of the Academy of Singapore Teachers (AST), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Professional Development (PD) of MOE officers.

• Plan and manage the Outlook calendar to ensure PD programmes and activities dates are reflected accurately and facilities are optimised efficiently • Manage and respond to email and phone enquiries from internal and external stakeholders • Maintain the website and create publicity emails, infographics and/ or social media posts to facilitate participation in PD programmes and activities • Provide useful data/ trends to support the review and/or planning of PD programmes and activities • Assist in procurement-related work functions, i.e., raise Approval of Requirement and provide supporting documents in payment processing; and support cross-branch work when required

• At least three years of working experience, preferably in areas related to professional development and/ or training • Dynamic individual who is proactive, resourceful and able to work independently • Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Good analytical and data management skills, with good working knowledge of MS Excel In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
