What the role is
What you will be working on
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
You will play an active leadership role in key functional areas of examinations administration, events management, graduation and graduate services. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Plan and manage NP flagship events such as graduation ceremonies
Manage and administer graduation awards
Manage and administer the issuance of digital certificates and transcripts on the OpenCerts platform
Manage and oversee graduate services
Provide secretariat support services to NP-level committees such as Senate Meeting, Awards Selection Meeting and Top Polytechnic Awards Selection Meeting
What we are looking for
At least 4 years of relevant experience
Self-driven, with initiative and able to multi-task effectively
Strong managerial and organisational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Resilient, highly independent, meticulous and resourceful
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Additional pre-requisites that are advantageous
Experience in examinations administration, graduation and/or events management will be advantageous
