NAC’s Access & Community Engagement Department creates opportunities for everyone living in Singapore to have meaningful encounters with the arts as an integral part of their lives, contributing to building a connected society and a distinctive city. You will be part of the team advocating the value of the arts as well as developing strategies and fostering partnerships with corporate, government and social agencies for arts-based initiatives to thrive in the community. Your role includes supporting the busking team in managing communications with stakeholders, managing busking auditions, supporting feedback management and ensuring smooth running of the busking scheme.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Communicate with key busking stakeholders such as buskers, busking management agency and members of public (i.e. drafting of replies on queries and feedback relating to busking).
Work with appointed agency to support the operational function of the busking scheme in accordance to guidelines.
Provide functional and logistical support to NAC's busking team as needed (e.g. busking auditions, stakeholder engagements).
What we are looking for
Good University degree.
Possess relevant experience in communicating and engaging with stakeholders.
Good communication skills.
Prior experience in communicating with people, private and public sectors.
Good verbal and written skills (good command of other languages is a bonus).
Demonstrate understanding of the arts sector.
Independent, meticulous and detail-oriented.
Proactive thinking when executing tasks.
Able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
