What the role is
What you will be working on
Application Processing and Decision Making
Process scheme applications, appeals and exceptional cases
Propose recommendations for appeal cases and seek management’s approval
Perform checks on points accumulated through active job search conditions
Verification and Due Diligence
Verify supporting documents
Conduct checks with external parties, including calling employers,
contacting medical institutions, cross-checking with CPF Board and MSF on financial situations
Financial Management
Perform grant disbursements
Track actual employment status via CPF contribution post-disbursement
Stakeholder Engagement
Support engagement with physical touchpoints, such as MSF SSOs,e2i career centres, Service SG centres
Work with stakeholders to address queries and feedback
Process Improvement
Identify and recommend solutions to enhance WSG's existing processes for improved efficiency and increased data accuracy
Performance Monitoring
Support tracking of process indicators
What we are looking for
Awareness of various government initiatives related to manpower/training
Good engagement and time management skills with experience in account/ project management and/or operational role
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Good written and spoken communication skills
Team player with good inter-personal skills
Data analytics skills would be advantageous
Able to synthesise information and data for decision making and outcome monitoring
