What the role is

What you will be working on
1) Policy: Formulate, implement, and review the policies.
2) Data Analysis: Handle data analysis, required for reports as well as other administrative tasks.
3) Communication: Handle enquiries and feedback; publicise the Scheme, interviews such as through gathering Human Interest Stories.
4) Coordinate with Government and Community Partners, and/or Grassroots Organisations
5) Key objective is to implement CDC Vouchers Scheme (#1-4 above); and any other projects assigned by supervisors

Leadership

  • Assist the Assistant Director to lead a team of CDC Vouchers staff, comprising Outreach Managers.
  • Assist the Assistant Director in managing the performance, professional development, welfare and morale of the CDC Vouchers team
  • Assist the Assistant Director in managing all Human Resource related and budgetary matters for the CDC Vouchers team

Community Engagement

  • Work closely with Government Agencies and community partners such as merchants/ hawkers associations, schools.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare reports and analyse Responsible for preparation and compiling of reports.

Managing Enquiries/Feedback

  • Craft response to address queries from residents, merchants and other stakeholders
  • Collate feedback for onwards reporting to management

Communications

  • Publicise the CDC vouchers scheme through the gathering and featuring of Human interest stories of residents and merchants on their experience and any other suitable platforms and channels. 

Others

  • Handle other initiatives under CDC Vouchers Scheme including event launches and other duties as assigned by your supervisor Involved in on-going workstreams, organising committees, meetings with government agencies, CPD and CDCs

Requirements

  • Desired - Minimum three years of relevant work experience with some supervisory experience
  • Good interpersonal, leadership, communication, and analytical skills
