You will be responsible for investigating and following up on:
a. Conservation & Planning infringements to ensure timely compliance with the conservation requirements.
b. This includes handling feedback, carrying out inspections on ground and background checks.
c. You will also evaluate and process development application cases; working with building owners, and contractors to ensure completion and compliance of the works.
d. You will be expected to collaborate with internal parties and enforcement counterparts in other agencies for selected operations., possibly including prosecutors and enforcement counterparts in other agencies for joint operations.
e. In instances of appeal against an enforcement action, you will be required to evaluate the merits of the appeals and make recommendations to the appropriate authority.
f. You will help plan, strategise and propose enforcement approaches toward egregious cases.
g. Work on the development of processes and systems for the long-term management and monitoring of conservation buildings.
