We promote family-centric campaigns, parenting and marriage programmes and form partnerships with corporate and community stakeholders and volunteers to promote and strengthen families.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director (Stakeholder Engagement), you will drive strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and partners in the public, private, people sectors to promote family and strengthen family relationships.
Your day-to-day work may include, but is not limited to, the following:
• Develop holistic strategies on engaging corporate and community partners in championing and supporting families
• Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with key and existing partners, whilst actively exploring innovative approaches to expand our network
• Collaborate with partners to work together and shape partnership plans which establishes common goals
• Plan and organize stakeholder engagement platforms such as appreciation sessions and networking opportunities
• Manage and maintain stakeholder engagement databases, including planning of budget
What we are looking for
• Tertiary qualifications, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant and positive personality, enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds
• Driven and self-motivated, able to multi-task
• Able to work independently and a good team player
