Finance Manager (Budget Planning & Procurement)

What the role is

You manage a division’s financial operations and implement internal controls, processes, and systems. Your responsibilities include budget planning, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. You provide advice on procurement policies, resolve vendor issues, manage purchases, and secure funding.

What you will be working on

Additionally, you serve as Treasurer, lead financial training initiatives, and guide Army personnel fund management and finance policies.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification. Possession of good interpersonal, analytical, communication and writing skills is essential. You must be proficient in MS Office applications (knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You must also be meticulous and be an active learner. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.) Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
