Purpose of Job
• You will be part of the finance team to enhance digitalisation and transformation of SFA’s functions, and processes. Other roles are to drive and implement finance policy and process reviews, as well as manage full spectrum of financial operations and reporting to enable management in making informed decisions.

Duties
- Involve in Accounts Receivables and Revenue collection functions and operations
- Involve in change requests and service requests to SFA’s application systems and financial system (Workday) for on-going improvements
- Involve in the development, migration and enhancement of new SFA application systems, including liaising with users and external vendors for smooth interface with financial system (Workday)
- Participate in financial reporting activities, including preparation of periodic management reports, audit/ financial schedules, and reconciliations
- Participate in the development, implementation and review of finance policies & processes, as well as analytics roadmaps to facilitate strategic and decision-marking
- Be a business partner and engage Divisions to take into consideration various financial planning and operational factors in their operational functions
- Proactively identify opportunities for finance transformation and digitalisation for the organisation
- Any other duties and ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
- A degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 years of working experience, with 1 year in audit.
Other Requirements
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to articulate clearly both written and verbal; either on one-to-one or in group presentation
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc
- Prior experience in system implementation is an advantage
- Knowledge in Workday, visualization and automation software is an advantage
- A good team player and able to work independently
