What the role is

As an Organisational Psychologist in the HR Strategy and Leadership Division, you will work closely with HQ divisions, external consultants and other Organisational Psychologists on a range of applied psychological and organisational development projects. These include individual and organisational diagnostics, staff engagement and mental well-being, employee selection, assessment, leadership development as well as innovation and transformation.

What you will be working on

• Design and conduct organisation-wide surveys, analyse data and trends to evaluate and improve organisational functioning and employee engagement • Design and conduct individual feedback assessment surveys to identify targeted developmental areas for leaders at individual and organisational levels • Partner with key stakeholders in the development and implementation of leadership development and employee engagement programmes • Formulate policies and recommendations to enhance the provision of organisational development/ psychological services to the Ministry • Design and deliver various training programmes and workshops to support employee development and mental well-being • Engage stakeholders on change management efforts, promote continuous improvements to facilitate the delivery of customer-centric services • Provide consultancy and partner with internal stakeholders on the use of appropriate assessment tools and psychological methods to aid in employee selection, assessment, placement and other related programmes

What we are looking for

• Proficiency in data analytics, able to perform statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) or equivalent • Possess strong interest in data analytics and visualisation tools • A self-driven and adaptable individual with a keen interest in learning • Ability to work independently as well as in teams • Strong analytical, thinking and project management skills • Strong writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills • A degree in Psychology In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
