What the role is

You maintain a holistic overview of the entire spectrum of enforcement-related issues and operations, which include tracing, investigations, and prosecution of offenders/defaulters under the Enlistment Act (EA).

What you will be working on

You drive inter-agency collaborations with external stakeholders to facilitate tracing and investigation processes, as well as the conduct of prosecution against National Service (NS) defaulters in the State Courts. You also work with various stakeholders to support policy reviews and their accompanying operational implementation, strengthening the policy-ops interface to ensure policy objectives are met. Additionally, you steer the continuous improvement of enforcement-related processes to enhance efficiency and elevate key enforcement outcomes.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 8 years' in experience in enforcement, investigation or prosecution. Possession of good decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills (both written and spoken) is essential. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
