You maintain a holistic overview of enforcement-related issues and operations, including tracing, investigations, and prosecution of offenders/defaulters under the Enlistment Act (EA).

- Drive inter-agency collaborations with external stakeholders for tracing and investigation processes - Conduct prosecution against National Service (NS) defaulters in the State Courts - Support policy reviews and their operational implementation - Strengthen the policy-ops interface to ensure policy objectives are met - Steer continuous improvement of enforcement-related processes Challenge(s) - Balancing collaboration with multiple agencies while maintaining efficient enforcement processes
