What the role is

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our Corporate Human Resource (CHR) Division to drive strategic people initiatives across MOH. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to diverse business functions and embark on a journey of continuous learning and development in different HR functions and practices. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. Other than providing you with the challenges and opportunities to grow your HR skills and knowledge, you will also shape HR policies and practices that not only benefit our workforce, but ultimately enhance the Singapore healthcare landscape. What you will be working on

This role will require you to partner and work closely with management and the line divisions on their manpower requirements and to align HR strategies with their business objectives. You will also operationalise human resource functions, including but not limited to resourcing, talent attraction and retention, and ensure that the workforce capability and competency requirements are met. You will review HR strategies, policies, frameworks and processes to keep them relevant to current industry practice and evolving healthcare needs.
