You will support the RPA Development team in the following: • Evaluate and assess processes based on feasibility, automation potential, and alignment with business objectives • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop automation solutions that add value to business processes • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful RPA implementation • Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement RPA-driven improvements • Conduct testing or proof of concept (POC) to identify opportunities for potential automation use cases • Provide ongoing support for RPA solutions by monitoring performance, fixing issues, and making updates to keep everything running smoothly.

You should have the following work experience and knowledge: • At least 2 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on RPA and VBA automation. You should posses the following skill sets: - Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, Python, and NodeJS, with a solid understanding of various database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL, to support RPA deployments. - Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to navigate complex projects independently and efficiently, especially under tight deadlines. - Process Optimization: Robust knowledge of process analysis, design, and optimization, with a keen interest in advancing skills in RPA, AI, and other automation technologies. - Communication and Collaboration: Good communication skills, capable of delivering clear and effective messages to engage stakeholders, along with strong teamwork abilities. - Personal Effectiveness: A self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines.
