You will support the RPA Development team in the following:
• Evaluate and assess processes based on feasibility, automation potential, and alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop automation solutions that add value to business processes
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful RPA implementation
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement RPA-driven improvements
• Conduct testing or proof of concept (POC) to identify opportunities for potential automation use cases
• Provide ongoing support for RPA solutions by monitoring performance, fixing issues, and making updates to keep everything running smoothly.

What we are looking for
You should have the following work experience and knowledge:
• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on RPA and VBA automation.
You should posses the following skill sets:
- Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, Python, and NodeJS, with a solid understanding of various database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL, to support RPA deployments.
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to navigate complex projects independently and efficiently, especially under tight deadlines.
- Process Optimization: Robust knowledge of process analysis, design, and optimization, with a keen interest in advancing skills in RPA, AI, and other automation technologies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Good communication skills, capable of delivering clear and effective messages to engage stakeholders, along with strong teamwork abilities.
- Personal Effectiveness: A self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines.
