The recruit is required to work with the team in managing domestic water demand by integrating communication strategies into projects and initiatives aimed at promoting water conservation and encouraging the adoption of water-efficient appliances. The recruit will also leverage smart water meter data to drive behavioral changes in water usage.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively engage both HDB and private households in water conservation efforts, such as through the Multi-Year Water Saving Pack (WSP) Programme.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with local stakeholders and community groups to amplify outreach efforts, collaborating with 3P sectors to expand water conservation programs.
• Design and improve user-facing communication tools, including web-based water calculators, customer portals, and PUB webpages, to enhance user experience and raise awareness of water conservation practices.
What we are looking for
- Candidates with communications relevant degree qualification or experiences.
- Candidates who are able to independently design and implement the communication and engagement plans would be preferred.
