What the role is
What you will be working on
- Lead HR digitalisation initiatives, including development and deployment of HR information portal and Manager's Portal
- Manage product roadmaps, gather requirements, and oversee agile development processes
- Conduct focus groups, gather feedback, and develop wireframes for new Manager’s Portal
- Drive HR process improvements through analysis, solutioning, testing, and implementation
- Explore Artificial Intelligence Large Language Model (LLM) integration for HR services, including feasibility studies and potential applications
- Work on HR data analytics projects to uncover trends, generate insights, and policy changes
- Enhance staff communication efforts in collaboration with HR colleagues
- Investigate persona-driven HR services and service delivery
- Oversee change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new HR technologies and processes
What we are looking for
- A good Degree in any discipline or Diploma with relevant working experience is preferred
- To understand and appreciate the strategic and operational drivers of the HR function and the value it brings to organisations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting and teamwork skills.
- Mature and proactive team-player who can manage and engage different stakeholders, including senior management.
- Have an ability to influence stakeholders around complex and diverse scenarios to drive change.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapt to changes quickly.
