The Digital Service Transformation team was set up in Customer Responsiveness Department (CRD) to drive the digital service transformation agenda, partner key stakeholders to align and build collective ownership across MOM, and leverage customer insights to propel initiatives forward. The Manager/Senior Manager, Digital Service Transformation, will support Project Lead, Digital Service Transformation to achieve the above-mentioned outcomes. CRD will continue to strive to place MOM amongst the best-in-class in service delivery.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Co-lead key research activities with appointed vendor/partner, which includes planning and conducting user research, data inquiry and insights, and technological environment scan.
• Co-opt key partner departments into research and design sprints with appointed vendor/partner where needed. This includes organizing regular sprint meetings, working with Project Lead to set key decision points and agenda, and following up from the sprint meetings.
• Work with CRD’s Transformation Office to align digital transformation initiatives and priorities vis-à-vis the overarching transformation vision and parallel channels’ efforts.
• Work with Digital Services Team to prioritize resources and timelines for development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) website by the committed timeline.
What we are looking for
• At least three or more years in job roles that required or demonstrated the related skills is preferred.
• Experience in frontline service delivery would be an added advantage.
• Entrepreneurial and problem-solving skills, and be resourceful in connecting dots, pivot and work effectively amidst cross-cutting issues.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver transformational projects.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making and strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• A passion for continuous improvement and a proactive, results-driven approach to driving digital service transformation.
