What the role is
What you will be working on
Your key responsibilities will include:
Administrative Matters
• Assist with scheduling meetings, security clearance and escorting attendees, etc
• Provide secretariat support for meetings
Surveys and Polls
• Track various Polls and Surveys
• Collate responses from parties’ concern, track submission timelines and assist with submissions
Finance and Procurement support
• Support officers to conduct procurement for straightforward purchases
• Track invoice payment
Accounts Administration
• Administrator of various systems, such as CorpPass accounts
Asset Management
• Support Fixed Assets Officer to maintain the list of IT assets in BCA
What we are looking for
• Good knowledge of administrative and support work
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and simple IT skills
• Has a strong desire to excel, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, written, verbal and ability to influence stakeholders
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
