Film and TV Series - Strategy and Project Management
1. Shaping the Film and TV Series branded entertainment strategy towards enabling major global productions to be filmed in Singapore, to drive destination desirability.
2. Developing and managing a pipeline of business leads from the global entertainment and media sector, including identifying, cultivating, pitching and engaging to confirm probable proposals / projects that would spotlight Singapore desirably and supported through our funds such as the Singapore On-Screen Fund and the Regional Film & TV Fund. This includes participating in major film festivals, setting business meetings and enabling site visits.
3. This is done in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an integrated support of financial and non-financial levers. Secretariat duties, WOG discussions, strategy updates to senior management and beyond would be part of the scope.
4. Other ongoing work include evaluating and seeking for approval on proposals, processing funding and its disbursements, addressing queries, socialising with internal stakeholders like STB International Group to generate and pursue business leads, etc.
5. Stewardship and management of specific markets such as Greater China, India, etc. to enable funding support for key film / TV series' productions in Singapore, including managing and cultivating major entertainment accounts for full-funnel and / or larger outcomes holistically for STB.
Mega Influencers - Project Management
1. Identify and collaborate with mega influencers / celebrities; through key global media and entertainment companies, with resonance across our key markets and demographics on branded content and/or marketing activations to heighten our campaigns and drive destination appeal.
2. Develop creative proposals for pitching to entertainment stakeholders.
3. Drive negotiations of partnership approach and contracting model, including scoping out entitlements, deliverables, etc.
4. Oversee production process.
5. Deliver integrated marketing efforts of the content/activation across our paid, earned and owned channels.
Gaming - Supporting Strategy & Project Management
1. Support the delivery of a Branded Entertainment Gaming strategy and Gaming pilot. This includes working with the lead officer - to help shape the strategy, pitch to identified marquee players in the gaming sector, work with key external partners such as WOG agencies and tourism stakeholders, and internal line units.
2. Develop and present our brief, joint partnership goals and collaboration areas to partners; so as to deliver Gaming pilot and associated marketing campaigns and outcomes.
3. Evaluate proposals based on key criteria and ROI. Drive negotiations of partnership entitlements, partnership and contracting model and project management.
4. Influence and deepen the brand storytelling of Singapore as part of the gaming collaboration. Oversee the production process.
5. Drive subsequent integrated marketing efforts to amplify the project across our paid, earned and owned channels.
