What the role is
What you will be working on
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Student Enrolment and Course Coordination
Coordinate new and existing student enrolment for Continuing Education & Training (CET) programmes.
Reach out to potential students with the objective of securing enrolment.
Liaise with teaching staff for administrative and logistical matters.
Coordinate number of classes and allocate classrooms.
Guide teaching staff on claims submission procedures.
2. Lecturer Support and Document Management
Ensure module documents are submitted on time and documented.
Prepare lists of modules and corresponding teaching staff for mapping to Politemall.
3. Surveys and Feedback Collection
Track and remind teaching staff to ensure students’ completion of post-course surveys (e.g. STEP/TRAQOM).
Collect and organize survey results for reporting purposes.
4. Project Tracking and Dashboard Creation
Develop and maintain dashboards to track the progress of local and overseas projects.
Monitor key metrics, provide performance updates, and support data-driven decision-making across projects.
Ensure consistency in reporting across all tracked projects and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
5. General Administrative Support
Assist in coordinating various activities related to adult learning initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
Provide any additional support as required to support adult training programmes, workshops, events and meetings.
What we are looking for
Essential pre-requisites relating to years of experience, skills, knowledge and attributes
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
