You will be working on the following: -
Application Processing:
• Process scheme applications, appeals and exceptional cases
• Propose recommendations for appeal cases and seek manager’s approval
• Perform checks on points accumulated through active job search conditions
Verification and Due Diligence:
• Verify supporting documents
• Conduct checks with external parties, including calling employers
• Contacting medical institutions, cross-checking with CPF Board and MSF on financial situations
Financial Management
• Perform grant disbursements
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
• Provide customer service assistance to JSS applicants at outreach centres (e2i career centres, ServiceSG Centres) with JSS administration including application, clarifications and appeal management
• Liaison with outreach centres for JSS related activities
Administrative Management:
• Manage and execute administrative tasks, duties, and ad-hoc jobs as assigned.

Technical Proficiency:
• Technologically adept individual or proficient and skilled in understanding and using different processing and technical software systems effectively.
• Skilled in deploying and troubleshooting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.
Interpersonal Skills:
• Team player with good inter-personal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholder
• Proactive in following up to ensure timely resolution and adherence to deadlines.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Customer-focused, with the ability to manage appeals, inquiries, and concerns professionally.
Experience and Knowledge:
• Awareness of various government initiatives related to manpower /training
• Good engagement and time management skills with experience in account/project management and/or operational role
