What the role is
What you will be working on
1. Group Portfolio Governance
a) Track Progress of Key Projects:
• Provide oversight for essential projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and deadlines.
• Establish mechanisms for updates and reporting on key projects, promoting transparency and accountability across the organisation.
b) Monitor Group-level KPIs:
• Establish and track relevant KPIs to assess performance against strategic goals.
• Analyse data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
c) Monitor Resource Utilisation:
• Closely monitor the allocation of people and financial resources to optimise usage and avoid overallocation.
• Prepare regular reports on resource utilisation to inform decision-making.
2. Strategic Planning
a) Drive Group Workplanning:
• Facilitate the development of work plans that align with broader corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure coherence and strategic alignment in planning efforts.
b) Strategy Development:
• Assist in developing a strategic map that aligns ETG initiatives with the overarching goals of CSC.
3. Budget Planning
a) Drive Group Budget planning cycle:
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to consolidate expected Group expenditure
• Monitor Group financial forecast
