The Culture Academy (CA) plays a key role in grooming the next generation of cultural leaders in the public sector. The Academy’s work focuses on 3 inter-related areas: Leadership and Capability Development, Research and Scholarship and International Partnerships.
This role involves partnership engagement of MCCY cultural family agencies (NAC, NHB, CLGs) to collate data and undertake data analysis, for sectoral tracking of the outcomes of Our SG Arts Plan 2 and Our SG Heritage Plan 2, complementing the Singapore Cultural Statistics. As the sectoral tracking of the Our SG Arts Plan 2 and Our SG Heritage Plan 2 is a new endeavour, this role offers good exposure to policy evaluation. The role also involves project management related to the dissemination of data insights and think pieces/commentaries related to strategic futures issues in the cultural sector via CA’s research publications.
