What the role is

The jobholder will participate in projects to translate and implement policy or operational process changes in various systems and processes, to support MOM’s Work Pass Framework.

What you will be working on

• Review processes and identify opportunities from end-to-end perspectives, with view to achieve business and organisational transformation to meet MOM’s and national’s goals • Identify and assess pertinent external developments, service delivery, compliance or performance trends across various areas of work • Recommend enhancements/potential use-cases, considering their relevancy, benefits, trade-offs and implications, for excellence and customer centricity • Ideate, design and implement data analytics, AI and digital solutions, benchmarked to best-in-class in Singapore and globally, to improve customer experience and operational efficiency • Support management to ensure effective change management across business units

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualification in any fields. Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Resourceful and able to work independently • Able to adapt to an agile and fast paced environment • Candidates with data, AIs and IT skillsets are preferred *PWDs are welcome to apply
