What the role is

The Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) regulates and promotes the development of a professional and trusted real estate agency industry. CEA’s key responsibilities are to license property agencies and agents, and equip consumers with the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions in property transactions. Human Resource You will be an integral part of the human resource team that partners line managers on the various HR areas (from manpower acquisition, learning and development, performance management, talent development to exit management), supports officers through the employee life cycle and works with Senior Management to develop HR strategies that support organisational goals.

What you will be working on

Areas that you will be involved in are: Performance Management and Career Development • Review and evaluate the performance management policies and processes. • Plan and execute performance management initiatives. • Assist in managing the pipelines for succession of key jobs. • Handle the talent management process. Organisation Development • Develop and implement interventions that improve organisation effectiveness and strengthen organization culture. • Monitor organisation’s workforce health and engagement level. • Organise agency-wide events such as employee engagement sessions, team-building etc. Competency Framework Development and Application • Implement and refresh agency-specific competency frameworks to develop and manage organisation’s workforce. • Integrate identified competencies in the HR processes. • Address gaps in the competencies at the organisational level. Other HR Roles • Follow up on Whole-of-Government compensation & benefits related policy changes. • Ensure proper payment of salary components to staff

What we are looking for

Requirements • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in performance management, staff development, organisation development, payroll etc. • Able to work independently and as a team. • Able to multi-task. • Mature, resourceful with an eye for details. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of IM as well as PSD's policies and guidelines will be an advantage.
