The Assurance, Care and Engagement Group (ACE), a permanent division under the Ministry of Manpower, improves the well-being of migrant workers by enhancing the healthcare, housing and social aspects of the migrant worker landscape. As a Manager with the Communications and Engagement Branch, you will curate a range of programmes and activities for youths to raise awareness, understanding and appreciation of the Migrant Worker (MW) ecosystem. Additionally, you will also collaborate with NGO partners, grassroots organisations and government agencies to support the well-being of MWs.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Coordinate with schools, tertiary institutions, youth groups, NGOs and government organisations (e.g. MOE, NYC) to identify suitable platforms to conduct workshops, programmes and dialogues for youths, focusing on the Singapore workforce, specifically the migrant worker (MW) landscape.
• Coordinate with schools, NGOs and tertiary institutions to organise and deliver assembly talks, learning journeys, holiday experiential programmes and youth-led initiatives activities.
• Mentor and work with youths to develop a variety of volunteering activities supporting ACE led events. Additionally, you would also need to work with youths in taking action to support the well-being of our migrant workers.
What we are looking for
• Possess tertiary qualifications.
• Experience in engagement programme with stakeholders.
• Familiar with stakeholder or partnership framework.
• Outgoing personality and enjoy interaction with youths.
• Creative and able to think out of the box.
