What the role is

You are responsible for the material requirement planning for system induction in the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS). You develop material support concepts and key milestones for material deliverables.

What you will be working on

On this, you raise the purchase requests in the system for all acquisition and upgrading projects. This entails material codification, monitoring of deliverables and reconciliation of project purchases to ensure smooth transition to operation and support phase. Your challenge lies in being able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure that delivery is accurate and timely for all projects. You also have to coordinate the efforts required to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification with at least 3 years' experience in supply chain management such as procurement and logistics. You need to be able to communicate with diverse groups of stakeholders. You should also possess an eye for details and be proficient in SAP particularly in material master data. Proficiency in procurement and supply management is advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
