What the role is

Assistant Manager / Commercial Leasing

What you will be working on

  • Implement leasing strategies and plans for commercial and residential properties

  • To develop and maintain good relationships with tenants and attend to feedbacks/ appeals 

  • Develop deeper understanding of customer needs pertaining to space requirements and utilisation

  • Manage tenant/ Managing Agent relationships and negotiate lease renewals

  • Formulate and review leasing policies and processes

  • Coordinate property maintenance and repair works with contractors/ Managing Agents

  • Prepare monthly reports, annual budget and P&L for portfolio

    What we are looking for

    • Relevant experience in the real estate industry preferred.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills

    • Able to work well both independently and in a team

    • Able to excel in a fast-paced environment

    • Background in building and project facilities management or equivalent
