The SGWorkPass team in the Work Pass Division is looking for an exceptional individual to join the SGWorkPass team. We are working to develop the SGWorkPass app as a trusted app for foreign workers to make informed employment decisions and enable them to transact directly with us. We want to help safeguard foreign workers’ interest through the app and help Singapore become a country of choice for global talent.

What you will be working on

You will be responsible for implementing the vision of the SGWorkPass app. This involves: • Executing the engagement strategy and comms plan to drive adoption of the app. This includes educating and engaging foreign workers, employers and industry on the app features and solutions • Developing digital content and collaterals for comms and engagement with foreign workers and stakeholders of the app, including working with vendors to ensure its delivery. The content will be used on MOM’s social media and other comms platforms. • Providing business user requirements and subject matter inputs to support the Business Analyst • Supporting the implementation of ops policies, end-user requirements and feedback into the process flow and development of the app • Coordinating and participating in user acceptance tests.

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business Development or Social Science with preferably 2 years of working experience • Candidates with no prior working experience are welcome to apply • Experience in content creation for social media channels and able to work with multiple stakeholders will be an advantage • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Resourceful and able to work independently *PWDs are welcome to apply
