Senior Executive - Customer Relations [ITE College East]

The Customer Relations (CRR) department performs the Corporate Communications role at the College. Apart from overseeing matters related to event management, corporate visits and marketing communications, the CRR Dept. also manages the Customer & Visitor Centre and helms the Experience ITE Centre, managing school networking and outreach programmes at the College.

You will be required to:

• Manage the operations of the Experience ITE Centre - a centre set up to promote the ITE brand of education to secondary school students.
• Plan, manage and support projects related to events for outreach to students, teachers and parents through career fairs, talks, workshops and learning journeys.
• Manage student leaders in relation to the promotion of the College.
• Aid in the College’s social media engagement efforts.
• Assist with other department-related work.

• You should be a team player and have at least 2 years’ experience of working either in outreach, marketing, events management or corporate communications.
• You should have proven administrative, organisational skills, and digitalisation skills. Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills are also necessary for the portfolio.
• You should also enjoy working with young adults.
