[LTA-ITCD] SENIOR MANAGER, IT SYSTEMS / AGILE COACH
What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be instrumental in guiding our teams and organization through Agile practices and principles for ICT projects. Your role will involve coaching, mentoring, and facilitating Agile transformations, ensuring that teams are equipped to deliver high-quality results efficiently and effectively.
You will be involved in:
•Agile Transformation: Lead and support the Agile transformation process across teams and departments, tailoring approaches to meet organizational needs and goals.
•Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching to Agile teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters, helping them to adopt and refine Agile practices and principles.
•Facilitate Agile Practices: Oversee and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices.
•Promote Continuous Improvement: Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement by guiding teams in identifying areas for enhancement and implementing iterative improvements.
•Develop and Deliver Training: Plan, create and deliver Agile training sessions and workshops tailored to various levels of the organization, from team members to executives.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align Agile practices with business objectives and drive organizational change.
•Conflict Resolution: Facilitate resolution of conflicts within teams and between teams, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
•Optimize and enhance the LTA Agile playbook to establish it as the definitive guiding principle and benchmark for all future ICT projects
What we are looking for
•Knowledge in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) are preferred.
•At least 3 years of working experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully guiding teams through Agile transformations.
•Skills:
-Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and frameworks.
-Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
-Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and metrics.
-Ability to influence and drive change at various levels of the organization. •Attributes:
