What the role is
What you will be working on
As a Scrum Master at LTA, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating Agile practices for ICT projects, ensuring the team operates efficiently, and delivering high-quality products. You will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and foster a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Independent Scrum Master for ICT project involving external Agile contract.
•Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
•Remove Impediments: Identify and address any obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
•Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile practices and principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project goals, priorities, and requirements.
•Monitor and Report Progress: Track and report on team progress, sprint goals, and performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
•Promote Agile Best Practices: Advocate for Agile methodologies, championing best practices and helping the team to adapt and evolve as needed.
•Facilitate Team Dynamics: Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.

What we are looking for
•Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
•Possess relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) are preferred.
•At least 3 years of working experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
•Skills:
-Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams in Agile methodologies.
-Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments effectively.
-Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
•Attributes:
-Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Passionate about continuous improvement and team development.
