What the role is

As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Data Analytics in the Finance and Procurement Division (FPD), you will be part of the data team collaborating with stakeholders within FPD to identify and drive process reviews, automation, and data analytics initiatives. The role will also involve fostering innovation and a data-driven culture, as well as enhancing capabilities of the division.

What you will be working on

• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify process reviews and data analytics initiatives, including the documentation and development of a transformation plan with mapped processes and areas for improvement • Explore and support the development of solutions for process automation • Advise and assist stakeholders with the use of data analytics in their work areas • Assist in translating business needs into actionable data projects to facilitate data-driven decisions making and enhance the effectiveness of business processes • Design and develop the Data Management and Governance Framework and the Capability Building Framework, as well as execute plans and activities to promote innovation and a data-driven culture

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience with training in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Accountancy, or related fields • Experience in analysing and visualising large datasets using analytical tools and dashboards (e.g. Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, Python) • Knowledge in system administration, process automation and/ or Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML)/ Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) would be preferred • A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills • Ability to drive projects independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
