Job description Your responsibilities include: 1. Be a part of the service delivery team which plans, promotes and executes quality service delivery to enhance customer experience at IPOS; 2. Work with stakeholder and/or using technology for resolutions or implement initiatives to improve service experience and customer satisfaction; and to ensure that the customer service processes meet evolving needs; 3. Support IPOS’ engagement efforts with our key business stakeholders in areas including marketing, planning and execution of promotional programmes/exhibitions aimed at helping enterprises identify, protect and use intangible assets to grow; 4. Plan and organise events, of various scales, that bring global IP policy makers, IP professionals and businesses together including World IP Day and IP Week @ SG; and 5. Support any ad-hoc department and/or cross-department initiatives or projects.
