What the role is

Under the internship programme, you will be attached to the Corporate Resources & Knowledge Management Department in HDB's Corporate Development Group.

What you will be working on

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the conceptualisation, planning and execution of internal corporate events. You will experience upstream programming considerations, carry out research on relevant topics, learn how to scope proposals to obtain management’s approval, and see the events through from conception to delivery. You will also be supporting knowledge management (KM) initiatives, such as assisting with organisation and documentation of various topics. In addition, you will be involved in culture building initiatives to drive HDB's transformation. You will have hands-on experience in designing and preparing visually attractive and impactful materials and/or publicity collaterals to engage staff.
