Under the internship programme, you will be attached to the Customer Management Department (CMD) in HDB’s Housing Management Group (HMG).

During your internship, you will support CMD in efforts to enhance the customer service experience for our customers. Your tasks include: a. Analyse customer feedback from various channels such as email/e-Service rating/survey/hotline to identify problem areas, root causes and develop targeted measures for service improvement. b. Conduct ground observations at HDB Branches, including engaging with staff and customers. c. Analyse trends and identify touchpoints that require proactive interventions. d. Design internal audit methodologies for customer touchpoints to enhance customer experience. e. Conduct mystery audits, record findings and propose areas for improvement. f. Plan and organise events and activities to recognise and appreciate staff for their dedication in providing exceptional customer service. g. Create service excellence collaterals to share best practices with frontline staff and enhance service delivery at the Branches.
