Under the internship programme, you will be attached to the Customer Management Department (CMD) in HDB’s Housing Management Group (HMG).

During your internship, you will improve service delivery by using R or SQL to analyse residents’ correspondences with HDB. The objectives of the project are: a. To understand residents’ preferences for corresponding with HDB via different channels such as emails and hotlines; b. To understand the extent that residents correspond with HDB on multiple issues; and c. To recommend measures to improve service delivery based on the above-mentioned analysis.
