Under the internship programme, you will be attached to the People and Process Excellence Department (People Management Section) under HDB’s Housing Management Group (HMG).

During the internship, you will be involved in the following projects: - Streamline and integrate various HR administrative procedures in an employee's life cycle i.e. recruitment & selection, onboarding, rotation and resignation; - Assist in the administration of the 360 Degree Feedback Exercise for HMG’s Managers & Supervisors for Year 2024; and - Create a HR dashboard to display profile of staff & talents. It should include query features to identify employees for rotation, succession and special projects.
