Under the internship programme, you will be attached to the Community Partnerships Department (CPD) in the HDB’s Community Relations Group.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience for careers in social work, community development, and programme management. As an intern under the SPHERE+ programme, you'll be at the forefront of intergenerational initiatives, honing skills crucial for roles in both non-profit and governmental sectors. You'll manage partnerships between schools and Active Ageing Centres / Senior Activity Centres (AACs/SACs), developing your stakeholder management and communication abilities. By creating engaging materials and leading outreach efforts, you'll build expertise in content creation and event planning which are highly transferable skills across various industries. This role offers hands-on experience in programme lifecycle management, data analysis for impact assessment, and innovative problem-solving in the social sector. The internship is ideal for undergraduates who wishes to make a tangible impact while developing a versatile skill set attractive to future employers in fields like social services, public policy, education, and community relations.
