Under the internship programme, you will be attached to the Home Ownership Eligibility Department (HED) in HDB’s Estate Administration & Property Group (EAPG).

During your internship, you will: - Perform business analytics, including creating/enhancing dashboards and providing data insights on staff and system workload, and make recommendations to enhance operational and service delivery efficiency. You may have to interview users to obtain qualitative input on key issues before making recommendations. - Conduct predictive analysis to forecast the volume of HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter applications, to aid HED's operational work. - Conduct data analysis on the robustness of the credit assessment process, and evaluate if any changes to the guidelines are required. - Conduct trend analysis to facilitate performance monitoring, so that HED’s key service touchpoints that are, or at risk of, not meeting stipulated performance indicators (e.g. processing time for HFE letter applications, response time for enquiries, response time for appeals etc.) can be identified and rectified in time.
