About the Registry of Muslim Marriages and Syariah Court
The Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) and Syariah Court (SYC) are key institutions for the Singapore Muslim community. ROMM aims to help build strong and stable marriages and families while SYC seeks to be a reliable, dynamic and just court which inspires confidence and to best serve the Muslim community.
What the role is
You will be working with the team in the delivery of effective services to the clients of the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) and Syariah Court (SYC) through evidence-based support programmes and operations policymaking.
In this role, you will develop and implement new services while enhancing existing programmes. You'll engage with various stakeholders to understand target groups' needs and ensure high-quality service delivery. Using both quantitative and qualitative data analytics, you'll derive insights, identify trends, and spot service gaps to drive continuous improvement. You'll also manage datasets for reporting and analysis, contributing to evidence-based decision-making and programme enhancements.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Your responsibilities include to:
a. work with stakeholders to identify target groups’ needs and formulate new services and programmes, including the clients’ children and key related persons
b. implement and monitor services and programmes to ensure effective administration
c. work with partners to develop research on Muslim marriages and families
d. develop evaluation process and conduct programme evaluation to enhance services and programmes
e. conduct data analytics to drive and inform evidence-based policies and programmes

Experiences and traits
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in programme management or data analytics.
• Good understanding of social issues with insight into the Malay/Muslim community
• Ability to work independently
