As a member of the MSE Human Resources (HR) team, you will serve as a strategic partner to our Divisions and senior management to initiate and drive progressive HR initiatives in the areas of talent and performance management, leadership development to build a future-ready and engaged workforce in MSE.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Engage and manage the talent pools to support them with career plans and developmental opportunities, e.g. nomination of talent for PSLP, leadership and developmental programmes, and deployment etc.
• Manage the annual MSE Family Posting Exercise, including internal staff postings and external secondments.
• Manage the annual nominations from MSE Family for National Day Awards and coordinating with MSE Family agencies to provide support for the award ceremonies.
• Manage the succession planning of key appointments across MSE Family.
• Support the annual MSE Ranking & Promotion cycle.
• Support the Board appointment matters for MSE Statutory Boards.
• Assist in secretariat support for MSE Family Staff Committee Meetings.
• Support any other HR-related work as assigned.
What we are looking for
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR functions, preferably in talent and performance management and/or leadership development.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Able to think ahead to anticipate issues, identify opportunities and appreciate implications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to use digital and/or data-driven approaches to inform decision making and advisory to management.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Independent and enthusiastic to learn.
