What the role is
What you will be working on
We are looking for individuals who are passionate in the people business to join us to provide HR support. You will support the day-to-day HR functions and work alongside us to develop and deliver integrated HR Services for agencies under our care, including:
• People Experience (PE)
o Provide timely administrative support (e.g. shortlisting of interns, scheduling of interviews, preparation of documents) for PE activities
o Provide logistical support for PE activities (e.g. sourcing and procuring of items / refreshments, and other preparations for engagement sessions, industry talks, onboarding activities)
o Provide first-line support to queries on PE-related activities (e.g. internship applications)
o Assist in preparation of publicity materials for events
o Maintain tracking of PE metrics (e.g. intern count, LinkedIn statistics etc).
• HR Operations
o Provide administrative and system support to the PCG team for HR operations. Depending on the needs of the team, some examples can include the activation/deactivation of system accounts, updating of system records and p-files, verification of reports (e.g. usage of Zoo corporate pass, health screening list).
• Other Support
o Provide administrative and logistical support to the PCG team in workstreams, organisational events or initiatives, where needed.

• [Creative Thinking and Problem Solving] Able to work with some ambiguity and propose ways or ideas for the team for consideration.
• Meticulous and takes ownership of workstreams to ensure timely delivery and accuracy
• Visual design skills (e.g. Adobe Illustrator) and/or marketing experience (e.g. leveraging social media) will be advantageous.
